I would like to preface all of this with an important note: This protocol is for informational purposes only, based on personal research and experience. Always do your own research or consult with a trusted health guide before beginning any new protocol.
This is not a “one and done” protocol. I want you to think of cleanses and detoxing like doing laundry. The clothes will get dirty again, and fast. They require constant care. Personally, I will be doing this protocol at least once per year moving forward.

How to decide if this is right for you (It is):
This detox protocol isn’t for everyone.. At the same time, it's not just for people who feel like something’s off. Maybe you wake up groggy no matter how much you sleep, maybe your digestion feels unpredictable, maybe your energy crashes in the afternoon, or.. maybe you just don’t feel as sharp and alive as you once have, OR.. maybe you don't resonate with any of this and you are simply just aware of the fact that you feel like cleansing - ALL are welcome to participate.
Here are some signs this might be a REALLY good fit:
- Constant fatigue or brain fog
- Bloating, skin issues, or stubborn weight that doesn’t respond to diet changes
- Feeling dependent on substances like caffeine, SSRIs, adderall, or weed just to get through the day
- A sense that your body isn’t running as clean as it could
- A sense that your "super powers" aren't online. (They should be)
What You Can Expect
Over the course of three months, you’ll move through a sequence of phases - cleansing, rebuilding, and detoxing deeper and deeper layers. Each stage builds on the last, so your body isn’t just flushing things out, but also healing and strengthening itself along the way. (NO more diarrhea and bloating?!) (Maybe.. just maybe..)
You’ll learn how to:
- Reduce inflammation and calm your gut
- Rebuild the microbiome for better digestion and nutrient absorption
- Eliminate parasites and their eggs (wait.. what?)
- Support your liver and detox pathways
- Safely bind and move out heavy metals
It will not always be comfortable. There can be times where the detox and purge will bring up some intense energies. This is a time where your body can process things like stored traumas and unfelt emotions. Things like purging, fatigue, cravings, or temporary flare-ups are common throughput this, but those are usually signs the body is doing the work. Think about it like the gym - You don’t grow muscle by resting. You grow muscle by putting it under stress, letting it tear a little, and then giving it the space to heal back stronger.
Same with this protocol. We’re creating controlled stress, hormesis, so the body can send in blood, nutrients, and healing energy.
Why I Put This Together
I was looking for a serious system reset. Everything in this protocol is rooted in research and real, personal trial and error. Think of it as your annual detox roadmap.
Here’s why you should care, and why I’m so fired up:
1. We live in "heavy-metal soup" (Whether you want to or not)
- A global estimate suggests around 22 million hectares of soil are polluted with heavy metals - cadmium, lead, mercury, arsenic, aluminum.. you name it.
- One recent global analysis found cadmium in roughly 9% of topsoil worldwide, and yes, that includes the U.S. Linked here
- It’s not just a theory - soil contamination is real.
2. The health effects are real - and frightening
- Chronic lead exposure has been linked to a long list of neurological issues - autism, learning disabilities, dyslexia, lowered IQ in kids, plus broad systemic effects. Linked here
- And it doesn’t stop there: lead, cadmium, and manganese are tied to higher risks of Alzheimer’s and dementia Linked here
- "It is estimated that 8 to 10% of American women have mercury levels that would induce neurological disorders in any child they gave birth to, according to both the Environmental Protection Agency and National Academy of Science." Article Linked Here
- These are not fringe claims! This is mainstream peer-reviewed science.
3. It isn't just soil - It is everything..
- Tap water can carry its own load of heavy metals. Arsenic, cadmium, and lead are all found in tap water nation-wide.
- Even air quality can get hit - after recent wildfires around L.A., dangerously toxic beryllium showed up in homes and air systems.
- In places like East Chicago, residents have lived on top of soil contaminated with lead and arsenic for decades. Hundreds of times over safety limits. From way back in the 1980s and beyond.
- West Oakland has soil with lead levels far above the EPA action threshold (400 ppm)- way higher than state standards.
Why This Matters
Every one of us is exposed, and there’s no shame in it. A thoughtful, structured detox is simply like "doing the laundry". Well worth it IMO with all of the data I have shared with you today. (Click the links and read!) Again - I will be doing this once per year moving forward.
I think it is really important to emphasize how important it is to not be fearful about any of this. This is about honoring yourself and your family. Certain heavy metals have been shown to stay in bloodlines for multiple (3-4) generations. This means that unless your mother completely detoxed before breast feeding you, you undeniably have them in your system. Again - don't be fearful. It is simply our duty to make good choices as long as we are aware.
